I “fell in love” with Rose in 2012 at the end of the second season of Game of Thrones thanks to her brilliant portrayal of Ygritte. I then began looking at her past works and got more and more interested in her as I discovered that she was able to portray a wide range of characters while always bringing depth to them and she quickly became my favorite actress. Sad to see that she wasn’t getting the recognition she truly deserved in my opinion and eager to share my love for her with others and news related to her career, I created a blog dedicated to her on Tumblr in February 2014.
I always wanted to do a proper fansite dedicated to Rose but I didn’t think I was able to do it without using a free web hosting (I didn’t want any ads on it and didn’t know anything about creating websites). I finally tried to make this fansite happen two years later, and, as you can see, it worked (yay !). You can still find the Tumblr where it all started at roselesliesource.tumblr.com – this blog is also a nice way to interact with other fans and answer messages publicly very quickly and easily. You can also follow the site on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook to always be up-to-date.
